Because, well, Spiderman really isn't an interesting character to me... A nerd who gets spider abilities and now he's somehow pure hearted and good... No I don't relate to that, I relate far more to Dare Devil and Punisher, but Spiderman? I only liked him when I was three and four.

@TheNemianLion I think Spider-Man is interesting because He is more of an everyday guy of a superhero than Superman, or Batman, or Iron Man. They say Anyone can wear that mask, and I believe that. He proves that superpowers won't always solve your civilian problems, but enhance them. And he also knows what will happen if he ignores the great responsibility the comes with great power.

Seems very bland and disinteresting, he's kind of a Mary Sue, being pure hearted and good just because his uncle told him too and because he achieves power... I'm sorry but that's bland to me, he is just a nerd who becomes a cocky pure hearted superhero, which is part of his appeal to a lot of people, but not to me, he has no vices or character flaws, and he's just... Spiderman... I can't really enjoy him, realistically the death of your uncle should Harden you, not turn you into a pure hearted kid, I'd be far more interested if he acted more grown up, and more like a previously said, DareDevil and Punisher, while still keeping that cockiness he's known for, also his suit is very childish, and I mean VERY childish.

Ok, we are getting off topic here, all i'm saying is you can't just leave out an important feat of strength, because You don't like that specific character. That similar to how MatPat left out the part about Spider-Man having SUPER POWERS, so he could make a video about how web swinging is unrealistic and dangerous for regular humans. Like no ****, sherlock! Anyways, I just wanted to acknowledge that feat.

AGAIN, OFF TOPIC! Spider-Man in the MCU lifts 1600 tons on each hand for a few seconds, and you won't acknowledge that? Though, Batman has trained to peak physical condition of the human body, but he can only bench press 1000 lbs.

3200 tons equals 64000 lbs, 1600= 32000 lbs. Batman bench presses 1000 pounds, so doing the math, Spider-man is 6400x stronger than Batman at MAX!

Still doesn't change the fact that I would DEMOLISH Flash Thompson in a fight.

@TheNemianLion you must not know much about Spider-man if you think he's a Mary Sue. He is capable of defeating vastly more powerful foes but is also capable of losing. The death of his uncle more made him feel guilty. The reason he is pure-hearted is that he feels responsible for his uncle's death and feels that saving one life after the other is the only way he can make up for letting his uncle die. Spider-man is popular for a reason.
