Quicksilver (MCU) I would say regularly Pietro, he’s actually just as fast as flash if you calculate their perception of time, but pietro is has more combat training, has much better trimming feats and is more of a fighter, but in the Snyder cut, definitely flash

not voted I saw a few scenes and by the looks of it, stoppenwolf is REALLY tough, Superman was hitting and laser if him for like 5 minutes and he wasn’t even dazed afterward, put also steppenwolfs attack did nothing to Superman so...

not voted I’m basing it off of what we’ve seen, and we do kind of have a limit, he was phased by wonder woman’s and cyborgs attacks, had slower speed than flash at full, had comparable strength to steppenwolf given how they’re both well over twice as strong as Wonder Woman
