1st of all, both of them have regenerated from being reduced to a single atom. Even the Surfer himself has resisted existence erasure. Goku & Broly clearly don't have any feats of regeneration like that.
2nd of all, both the Sentry & surfer can freely manipulate matter. The Sentry's destroyed post-retcon Molecule Man's body, and the Surfer's transmuted an opponent into liquid. Broly & Goku don't have the ability to do that as they've never displayed any feats of it.
3rd or all, Surfer & Sentry possess psionic & telepathic powers that're far greater than Goku or Broly could even fathom. The Sentry's mentally tortured the Hulk while the Surfer can sense his opponent's weaknesses, erase the memory of a guard,, and even telepathically calm an entire population.
Seriously, the Sentry & Silver Surfer have so many advantages over Goku & Broly it's not even funny nor fair for the 2 Saiyans. You guys really need to spend as much time reading the comics as you do manga. You're overrating anime characters too much on this site.
