SCP-3812 vs Azathoth - Is one more powerful or is it just a matter of interpretation?

I am pretty sure this battle is just a matter of interpretation, but I'd be interested to know if someone has some knowledge about either character that they think makes one a clear cut winner.
Honestly it has to be a draw. Which one is more powerful is just a matter of how you interpret their power. Supposedly, everything in existence is a figment of Azathoth's dream, and you can argue that since this is the case, Azathoth created SCP-3812. However, SCP-3812 is supposedly above all realities and continues to grow more powerful endlessly. But by the same token you can just say that's all another part of Azathoth's dream. It just depends whether you care to believe that SCP-3812 can go outside the reality of Azathoth's dream. A draw seems like the only fair answer, to me.
Azathoth (The Cthulhu Mythos) is the God and Creator of the entire Continuity of Lovecraft's work; represents the Supreme Archetype as ruler of all. he is immeasurably above all, and all Outer gods and all unimaginable beings inserted into the work are nothing more than surreal aspects of his dream. Azathoth is indefinable beyond any logical definition in an irrational way, because he is capable of dreaming reality, or holding all known reality under his eternal sleep, and when he awakens we will never know what will happen to our reality.
SCP-3812 will be like passing idea in Azathoth’s dreams, unimportant and dishonorable.
