Scalphunter's powers and abilities

Powers/Abilities: Scalphunter can re-assemble mechanical components into a variety of different configurations by modifying their shape and construction. He wears a costume covered with weapon modules to allow him to rapidly create almost any form of conventional weaponry and accompanying ammunition. He is an uncanny marksman, a formidable hand-to-hand combatant, an experienced pilot, and an extraordinary master of conventional weaponry including pistols, rifles, uzis, shotguns, laser guns, miniature cannons, flamethrowers, knives and grenade launchers. His regenerative abilities allowed him to regrow lost limbs or even revive from seeming death. It also apparently retarded his aging to an unspecified degree. Scalphunter also build an airplane from scratch using his technoformation power which he then named the Dirty Bird.
