The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
God is God and there's no other God other than him, he is it, the buck stops with him period, everything else is imagination and entertainment (unless you're an Atheist or an Agnostic). God is the most powerful being in all of creation, Omnipotence doesn't even define who and what the true God is because he is beyond words, beyond imagination, beyond a definite definition. The second most powerful being in all of creation is Satan who goes by many names and who was God's first creation as the Angel named Lucifer who by what the good book says, was also God's most beloved Angel above all others. Then Lucifer rebelled against his Father (God) and was cast out of heaven with a third of God's Angel's who followed Satan/Lucifer and waged war against God and his remaining Angels and those who were called Archangels (warrior angels). Who have been at war since the dawn of creation fighting on a celestial plane of existence above all other humanoid lifeforms that God created. Earth is not the only planet in the universe who has intelligent humanoid lifeforms in all of creation (to think otherwise is not just being arrogant but also foolish to believe we're the only humans in all of creation).
So, if you're going to put pen to paper and use Satan/Lucifer as a character in whatever Universes/multiverses/ and definitely Omniversal, then you need to do justice to the character. Because in the "Evil Department", SATAN is number one, there's no other devilish imaginary character that even comes close to the power that Satan wields. He is after all, second only to God who is creation itself and his powers are beyond words and imagination, so much so that Galactus and team should come up with an extra power definition for these two characters. A level that surpasses "Omnipotence" that's used for characters created from imagination by different publisher's creative teams to sell comic books and movie tickets. A definition that could only be used for the two characters/entities of God and Satan and not just the sign of "infinite" used to described already existing characters like The One Above All or The Presence. Because here, we're actually talking about the real deal/version of God and Satan, therefore would require another specific characteristic word used solely for the purpose of setting these two entities apart from all other infinite beings. Something like I don't know, infinite times infinite (just spitballing here). Maybe "Ultimate Holy Divinity" for God and "Ultimate Unholy Evil" for Satan? But you would have to find a way to make Satan's power less than God's, because as though Satan is the second most powerful being in all of creation, God is infinitely more powerful than Satan. Yet Satan is still more powerful than any other entities in all of creation, second only to God.
