1st one means she can combat medium level villains, the second third and fourth are visions, and the 5th says that she has the power of an atomic bomb, not omnipotence. Also it never states how powerful she will be after the power overwhelms her. This is not base Black Cat. And embodiment and rulers of dimensions absolutely defeat her with the power of creation. Having the power of something doesn't mean you can crush it.

OK, there are infinite universes. not in the Yggdrasil root, though, because it doesn't say that in this exert or in what I know. Surtur doesn't even have a power level of 1 million, Dr. Strange can absorb the Yggdrasil, and those visions don't look too powerful to me.
