Princess Daisy's powers and abilities
After Mario rescued Daisy, she was capable of her powers and abilities. Daisy can perform different physical activities without tiring herself; this gives Daisy better chances of winning. However, Daisy cannot control herself after somebody brainwashes her. Despite these potential flaws, Daisy has supernatural powers that help her survive, such as falling from extreme heights and resisting hazards.
Flower Magic and Plant Manipulation
Daisy uses magic to summon flowers and daisies when she performs powerful moves. In
Mario Sports Mix, Daisy can perform a special shot: a fenced flower garden surrounds the opponents making the target easier to accurately hit. In
Mario Golf: World Tour, Daisy victoriously summons flowers after she made an Eagle or Birdie. In
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Daisy's moves are like Peach's, but she summons daisies or flowers instead of hearts.
Flowerbed Return
A move used in Mario Power Tennis where Daisy summons flowerbeds when she leaps.
Flower Power
With this move, Daisy can use white petals to surround her racket and hit the ball, pushing away whoever hits it
Bloom Blast
A move used in Mario Tennis Aces. Before hitting the ball, Daisy can summon daisy petals to create a walkable trail.
Flower Shot
In Marios Hoops 3-on-3, when Daisy performs this move, she summons flowers to follow the ball's trail.
Flower Ball
With this move, Daisy uses a special ball that summons scattered flowers, confusing the opponents with the ball's location. This is used in Mario Superstar Baseball and Mario Super Sluggers.
Flower Swing
In Mario Super Sluggers, when Daisy performs the move, a flower garden grows where the ball will land.
Rainbow Manipulation
Daisy has the ability to summon rainbows. In the
Super Smash Bros. series, she can summon two rainbows with her hands, inflicting damage to aerial opponents.
Crystal Manipulation
In
Mario Strikers Charged Daisy can perform Crystal Smash!, a move where she summons orange crystals to blast the opponent into the air when they touch them.
Supernatural Athleticism, Sportsmanship, and Stamina
Princess Daisy can continuously perform different physical activities in any condition, no matter its duration. In the
Mario Sports series and
Mario & Sonic at The Olympic Games series, Daisy does not tire herself in sporting events such as tennis, golf, and baseball. As a tennis player, Daisy rarely misses hitting the ball when playing near the net and she possesses superior technique with her racket.
Supernatural Durability
Daisy can survive hits from the likes of Boom Boom and Bowser and resist falling from extreme heights. In the
Super Smash Bros. series, when Daisy is launched into the air, she lands hard to the ground but can get up or attack while on the floor, proving her extreme heights resistance. Despite touching hazards like being pushed into the toxic rivers in Bomb Barge, Daisy can somewhat survive.
Supernatural Speed
Daisy is fairly agile and has exceptional reflexes. She immediately reacted before Bowser breathed fire on Daisy and she can also keep up with Bowser's Clown Car.
Supernatural Strength
While not quite comparable to Mario, Daisy possesses strength that far exceeds that of a normal human's. Being able to fight opponents or victims with her body attacks, she's occasionally shown to have a strong swing and in
Mario Party 3, Daisy had enough physical strength to effortlessly send Bowser flying into the sky with a single slap. Daisy's strong enough to damage opponents like Bowser and Boom Boom, and she can shove opponents the same way as Peach which results in them losing balance.
Weapon Mastery
Daisy can master various tools and equipment when it comes to sports events. She's mastered the use of her parasol, being able to launch aerial opponents and glide through the air to collect coins.
