Power Modification is the ability to alter, interfere with, or modify other powers. Unlike Power Nullification or Statistics Amplification, Power Modification allows the user to change the function of ability in some shape or form, such as turning superhuman strength into superhuman speed. In many cases, this can extend into creating advanced modifications and variations of said powers. |
