The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.
How is this calculated

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.

created the collective unconscious & the god sphere making them 2 of the 7 dark energies of creation, the god sphere contains heaven and hell (heaven is where the presence exists hell is where lucifer exists) the collective unconscious is the force that created the presence, she created the dark multiverse/antimatter universe/main multiverse and the brothers 3 (antimonitor is to AMU, world forger is to Dark multiverse, Mar novu is to the main multiverse) dark multiverse is bigger than dc (thus bigger than the presence his creation), the antimonitor’s brain can destroy the dark multiverse and he can contain everything from the overvoid (everything on the overvoid includes all fictional verses), a weakened perpetua was equal to the brothers 3 all merged together

Dream, and rest of the Endless, are older and far greater in scope than any Monitor. Hell, even at full power, Perpetua wasn't the one responsible for Dark Multiverse nor creation of any other Multiverse other than mainstream one, whereas most Endless can freely travel through all of them and the void beyond. Even the latest omniversal shenanigans in DC were completely ignored by them or Lucifer, who were just doing their thing and completely ignored lesser events.
In conclusion, any Endless solo the Monitor race and Midpetua.
