New character entry! Ness, from EarthBound!

Thought I'd post him here to let everyone know Ness is now a part of SHDB, properly. I've made him a profile to the best of my abilities and fleshed it out nicely. If you have any suggestions for changes feel free to let me know. In the mean time I await the battles!
