Lucifer is very knowledgeable on cosmology but unfortunately that makes up a small section of comics. While I focus on comics themselves and the storylines, he focussed on the cosmology characters in particular, now Soul Collector is a good debater, but as Jon said that doesn't equate to comic book knowledge that only equate some to argumentative skills.

I'd say @HeroicSacrifice123 is currently one of the more knowledgeable users at the moment. He chooses people based on the evidence and explains really well why they win. He mentions several feats at a time on characters that I thought I knew well.

When it comes to sky-father beings and beyond especially on people like Thanos I'd say @EmptyHand is currently second to none. You can't beat him in a debate that's on his home turf. He knows too much

@Holy_Joe_ is one. He has a wide and detailed range of knowledge of multiple characters and topics.
I'd put myself high, but not like, Top 15 or anything. I have extensive knowledge of certain characters and topics, but not the widest. I have gaps of knowledge in some topics. I am well-versed in things like Spider-man or Deathstroke, but I know next to nothing about characters like the Flash or Daredevil.
