The answer to this will always be a draw. There are omnipotent beings on both sides that cannot by their very nature be defeated.

Who is omnipotent in marvel? The One-Above-All is not, he doesn't understand the human being so he is not omniscient and as he cannot do everything he is not omnipotent

Omnipotence doesn't exist in fiction, let say your verse has 20 dimensions and you have a supreme being that was stated to be omniponent, this doesn't means your verse isn't getting slapped by a low tier in my verse which has infinite dimensions and hierarchies and platonic concepts and blah blah, being writer doesnt matter, Stan lee wont come up from his grave and save toaa's ass when a charecter transcendant over a superior cosmology is slapping him, thats not how fictional matches work, and dont even bring metafiction bs, i can name "writer" charecters that can get blinked by non irl embodiment charecters (ex: Annoying dog from undertale who represents toby fox vs any relevant non meta 1C being or Tori bot from db who is toriyama vs any relevant non meta 1C being)

Except TOAA isn't just Stan Lee. Its all the writers. TOAA is as powerful as he wants to be.

"Except TOAA isn't just Stan Lee. Its all the writers"
i just explained how irrelevant that is in cross verse fictional battles, merely being "fictional" represantation of an person/people doesn't gives you a specific power level.
"TOAA is as powerful as he wants to be"
İs that why he got oblitared after failing to fix a single universe? i never saw toaa amping himself.
"TOAA is true omnipotence"
yeh m8 you totally convienced me rn, i am giving up

Well, what would be the most powerful thing that still counts as part of the universes
