Black Wolf @ManofPower Neither Thor or Hulk are immeasurable in combat unless you have prove. Even if they did, Ulik and Red Hulk can keep up with them, guys with literally zero speed feats at all.

You need to take in all of a characters feats and not just the peak ones. With consistent combat speed feats, Black Wolf should be able to keep with Gladiator, people as fast or slower have.

Black Wolf @ManofPower Gladiators combat speed feats aren't higher than Black Wolf's to where he could blitz. They both have nanosecond reactions.
