The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.
How is this calculated
( INT^1.3 + (STR*0.5 )^2 + (SPE*0.5)^2 + DUR^1.6 + (POW + (SPS*SPL))^2 + COM^1.8 ) ^ TIER
Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
A true omnipotent is eternal, it does not change - especially not over time, and also must not become something else as a result of some other or external causes - and there is not a single point in any space, nor in any time, nor in any dimension wherein the true omnipotent does NOT exist .
Absolutely every feat of every character in their verse (setting) must also - and by definition - be their very own feat (concept of Omni-Embodiment ) .
Self-evidently, Omni-Science is also a must-have, as are Acausality, Space-time and dimensional transcendence , too.
The true omnipotent knows and is the first and ultimate cause of all possible future , present and past states of whatever kind of "world" it rules - and whether that "world" is as little as in infinitely small atom, or whether it is as unfathomably huge as an infinite and beyond dimensional multiverse - or whether the "world" it rules is not even something material which could be measured or quantified with the concepts of space, time or with other physical / mathematical concepts in the first place - all of this is completely irrelevant from the point of view of a true omnipotent being, and quite possibly all the same too.
I've read tons and tons and tons of fiction by now, and have not yet found a single fictional character who was designed so perfectly as to meet ALL of my expectations / minimum requirements a true omnipotent should have.
But for any characters who required a plot (causes which were external to themselves), or a development over the course of a story (= progess of time) to only become a so-called "omnipotent" being, I cannot easily accept as "true" omnipotent beings , at least not according to my own definitions .
Just my 2 cents on this whole topic.
However, if we use the usual fandom wiki scaling, Lucifer Morningstar scales extremely high, Dream / Morpheus himself whose mere existence (or disappearance ) can cause hyperversal reality storms stated that he considers Lucifer to be above him . I'm not saying that dimensional tiering "should be" used (it's extremely fallacious, ignorant to author intents, as well as biased in favor of only a handful of fictions which actually use it, too- like e.g. the big comic verses, or also ToAru, the dark tower , etc) - only that "if" you use it, then - ofc - Lucifer is superior and "wins" this.
