Magneto I wouldn’t say easily, but people don’t fully understand Magnetos powers.

Iceman at his peak can freeze atoms. Magneto can tear atoms apart, practically committing nuclear fusion. If he wanted, he could tear the atoms away in Iceman and make him explode (since atoms have their own small magnetic field.) or force his atoms so close together they fuse and creates a large bursts of energy. Even without crazy powers like that, Magneto controls the entire Electromagnetic spectrum. That means micro waves. Magneto could run micro waves around Iceman hot enough to eventually melt him.

Magneto I’ll also add onto my previous comment that, without a substantial water source nearby, it appears he can’t make large changes to himself. Also, Iceman’s ice is noticeably weak. Allowing characters with even low-tier superhuman strength, such as Spider-Man, to break it. Magneto has been known to imbue himself with magnetic rays and punch with the power of a star (like when he punched Iron Man or cracked Holocausts armor). To that, Iceman can’t always regenerate after being shattered. Such as when Wolverine sliced him up.
