Guys...how Exactly would Omnipotent beings fight?

Like, seriously. How would TOAA fight Elaine or Presence or Azathoth people? Wouldn't it be a throrough stalemate? You can't be 'more' omnipotent than someone else. That' the whole point of omnipotence. Throwing feats of different omnipotent beings also seem ueless, becaue if I'm omnipotent i can do that too. So when we pitch two omnipotent beings together, aren't we just trying to like, find out which universe has a bigger fanbase among thoe that bother to take part in arguing over who woould win? lol

Just saying, no one mentioned in the OP is Omnipotent. idk about TOAA though. And it would be a stalemate if said characters are truly Omnipotent. But since Omnipotence in fiction is pretty controversial and it's kind of an NLF on it's own, it would be whichever transcends the largest cosmology would win. But I doubt they would fight and would just know who's superior to who.

That's why I have classified none under Omnipotence. I personally think the people you listed are just Nigh-Omnipotent or Metapotent. Or in some cases I will just classify them under "Fictional "Omnipotent"". The answer to question is I suppose with fists.

I guess stuff like TOAA vs The Presence is basically a fight of Marvel vs DC. So two things would base the fight. First off, wouldn't the omnipotent beings from each universe just send the characters from their universes to fight the battle? If that's the case, all Omnipotent beings vs each other is just a brawl between all the characters from their universes. Like TOAA vs The Presence is basically Marvel characters that are not omnipotent vs DC characters that are not omnipotent.
Then like you said, people just vote their favourite universes in the case of a battle between omnipotent beings. Nobody will really give any substantial feats to consider, beause there aren't any. Omnipotent is well, omnipotent. So it could also just be a poll of who wanks louder for which universe.

I agree with @MaseTheFace if a being is truly Omnipotent they CANNOT lose, so there is only one true Omnipotent being in all of existence while every other being is nigh-omnipotent or just really skilled reality warpers.
