Sentry (Stable) Stable Sentry is wayyyyy more powerful than superman lol

Thor Well their both equal in terms of strength and durability, superman main advantage is his speed his heat vision and freeze breath aren't going to do anything to thor. And with supermans speed thor has fought people who are roughly as fast as superman like sentry, hyperion and gladiator and people who are way faster like silver surfer and thor has beaten them on several occasions whilst thors advantage is mjolnir which gives thor a ton of abilities especially the anti force and the god blast. Thor also has more years of experience over superman and he is the better in combat. Plus thors powers are magical based which mean his attacks are going to be very effect since superman is not invulnerable to magic. Overall thor is more powerful, more experience, he is the better fighter and he is more tougher. Also this fight is pretty much like an alien vs a God. So my vote goes for Thor.
