I watched original series, Alien Force and ultimate alien few years ago and my top 3 would be:
1-Zs'skayer
2-vilgax
3-orginal Kevin with mutation
Also I like Dr. Animo, Hex, Charmcaster. Actually I like most of original series villains

1. Vilgax
2. Dagon
3. Aggregor
4. Dr. Animo (Underrated)
5. Kevin (in ben 10, 000)
