How is his combat a 1 when he trained with Aizawa for a year?

I don't see how you can get 5 tons from that cannon when the average car weighs about 2 tons, and that cannon would be more around 1 ton, but anyway let's say she does have strength then, but what speed feats does she show?

Hello, I was wondering if you know why most of the MHA characters have a speed and strength of 25? Most of them are just athletic, maybe peak human at best, so those scores seem like they should be a lot lower.
