Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls) So I think that Bill is the more powerful character but I think that Galactus would win. The reason why I think this is because Bill just does not treat anything seriously his goal in life is just to have fun and he only gets serious when its to late. So he would probably try to have fun and mess with Galactus. That would give Galactus the time to kill Bill and win.
