I'm talking about Starro The Star Conqueror (Star-Ro) - Prime DC Comics Universe. He is the first villain JLA has faced: he is giant starfish, who can possess people thanks to his mini-starro clones (little starfish that stick on the face). He is very powerful, but he definitely doesn't have even an half of the powers attributed to him.
