Blade & Punisher Very good match up here!

I give this one to Punisher and Blade and here is why...

I think for the most part Sam and Dean are really good at what they do and are very formidable in their own right. I will also point out that based on their adventures God won't let them die unless they have completed their reason for being which is still a mystery to them. That being said...

While the Winchester's skill in fighting Vampires is extensive they are at a huge disadvantage against Blade as he has none of their weaknesses and all of their strengths. I also want to point out they have never fought against opponents with the raw fighting prowess of Blade and Punisher. Both are exceptional hand to hand combatants. Now it is true that Blade can be beaten by decapitation but between his desire to beat an opponent and the Punisher taking point with offense Sam and Dean are out gunned and out classed here.

Punisher however is the wild card here. His code would make it hard for him to pull the trigger against the brothers knowing that they do for the supernatural world what he does for New York with Criminals. However if that part is off the table and he sees them as someone he "has" to take down all bets are off and his tactical mind would be hard to overcome with his guns and gadgets working in tandem with Blade.

Punisher and Blade win 75% of the time and I will point out that if Sam and Dean are fully aware of what they are up against and have time to get ready then they would be able to win. In a random on the spot fight their chance of winning is minimal.
