Council Of Kings's History
The Council of Kings is an assemblage of various kings on Earth, all of whom rule at the whim of the Genoshan royal family, the House of M. These rulers realized that they needed to help each other not to be crushed by this greater force, and so in secret they worked to at least mitigate and commiserate, and at best to overthrow their distant lord.
