The Transformers multiverse is repeatedly stated to be infinite in size
Creator: "The One" is an extradimensional deity who precedes time itself, harmoniously existing in a state of both chaos and order at once. To balance out both concepts in the universe, it created Unicron and Primus to exist as their embodiments respectively Existed before space and time.
The transformers multiverse is at the very least seventeenth dimensional though it is composed of infinite realities.
The cosmology goes past infinite multiverses. Transformers is made up of a megaverse and an omniverse. According to the transformer's official wiki: "The Megaverse is what lies between the Multiverse and the Omniverse. Where the Multiverse incorporates the many universal streams that are recognizable to us as what we would term 'Transformers universes', the Megaverse is a wider sphere, containing that entire multiverse, but also innumerable other realities that, while far removed from the world(s) of the Transformers, are not so far removed as to be disconnected from them entirely, even if linked only by the thinnest of quantum threads."
Also from the Transformer's wiki: After leaving the Transformers multiverse and traveling through the Megaverse, dimensional travelers will find themselves in the Omniverse, which consists of every possible reality imaginable. Most of them have no Transformers whatsoever while many others are inimical to both human and Transformer life. There is an "omniversal matrix" in transformers that Primus would like to take his place within along with the rest of the panthenon after defeating Unicron.
Vector Prime, an equal to Unicron, states: "Imagine the strangest inhabited universe you can conceive of, places where gravity operates linearly and electromagnetism by the inverse cubed rule and topology has 13 basic dimensions instead of 17. How alien it must be. Then ponder the wildest universes those beings could articulate. Then realize that even these musings fail to capture the uncountable infinities that exist in the Omniverse."
IDW Publishing has also described a storyline as a Unicron-driven, simultaneous threat to Generation 1 and Cybertron universes, as well as others unnamed. They called this "an omniverse in chaos." Conflicts in Transformers can happen on an infinite omniversal scale.
