Best Zombie (like) open world survival game?

Easily dying light 1 its such a masterpiece the way u can slice zombies in half or chop their bodies up is so satisfying and the parkour is amazing. Sadly dl2 wasnt as good the ragdoll pyshics where also toned down quite a lot and u start of with like no stamina which makes parkour really bad (at the start of the game) also combat and animations arent as satisfying.

Project Zomboid, although it is true that it does not have the best graphics, is a very good game.
