Best Higher Tier Fighters

Alright nobody probably wants this but me. Street level characters are good fighters because they can't rely on raw power like Superman. But who are those that posses power and are also skilled fighters. I'm probably gonna say tier 4 and higher. Rank 5-10 if you'd like.
