Spider-Man would lose this fight, because every hit he would land on Superboy, would actually cause injury to Spidey. Superboy's bones are so dense that in theory, Spidey's bones would break like glass with every hit he lands. Also, one might say that "Spider-Man could just web him up". Actually, Superboy is so strong that he could easily break through the webbings tensile strength rendering Spidey's webs completely useless. Superboy is also so much faster than Spidey that he could break every bone in Spider-Man's body in under a second. Superboy could also end this rediculous "fight" and freeze spiderman to death, cut him in half with his laser vision, not to mention, use his telekinetic strength to completely toss Spider-Man into a wall turning him into a splatter before he can even react. This isn't a very fair matchup and is very one sided.

Superboy is way to powerful for Spider-Man.
