Bats wins here's why yes, Spider-Man might be Stronger but Batman has fought killer croc and bane who are just as strong as spider-man plus batman has even tagged Nightwing and Nightwing is just as fast as spider-man but it's safe to say that Spidey is faster but the area where bruce just takes it is Durabilty, yes Spider-Man has taken attacks From Thor or Hulk here's the thing Batman has taken attacks from flash, martian manhunter, but here's the game changer, Batman has fought them more times than Spider-Man fights thor or hulk

I'll debate you. Nightwing, if you're talking about Dick Grayson, is a regular human. Agile, but Spider-man's reactions are about 40 times greater than a peak human's. Plus his senses which give him the edge over Batman's skill and strategy. Spider-man is more durable. Regular humans have broken bones punching him. The same could happen to Batman...if he gets in a hit. Also, comparing feats isn't the best because Batman gets a lot of plot armor.

Spidey would win. His reflexes and much superior strength would let him him. Batman is smarter, but not by much. Batman is a better combatant, but Spideys reflexes can match Bruce's combat. Plus Spidey's webs can trap batman.

--Flashbang grenade
--Smoke pellets
--Gas grenade
--Sleeping gas
--Nets
--Grapple gun
--Stun Gun
--Tear Gas pellets
--Bat-beacon
--Bat tracer
--Shock-gloves
And plenty more smaller ones. Please don't give me the staggering Unbound-Spectre-feat-because-his gadgets-are-OP-and-it's-totally-not-PIS-even-though-it-is.
This is a random encounter, with his ordinary gadgets mentioned above, so no prep time.
