In the Final Crisis event Superman (New Earth/Post Infinite Crisis) and Captain Marvel (from a parallel Earth) held together a book with infinite pages. (Infinite because it was suposeddly all books ever written and that are going to be written combined) Infinite, even if divided by 2, is still infinite.
In some Justice League special comic Superman (New Earth/Post Zero Hour) and Wonder Woman lifted together Spectre wich supposedly bears the weight of Eternity itself. Eternity, even if divided by 2, is still Eternity.
These are the most absurd ones I can remember. I actually had a list... I'll find it and post a more complete answer properly later.
Although I don't know that much about the Flash outside of crossovers and Justice League or other titles comics, I know that he could race even trough space, travel trough time, across dimensions and even across the Multiverse. Check out Pre-Crisis Flash (Barry), specialy his races against Superman. Wally West had a lot of crazy feats too.
Hulk was one of my favorite Marvel characters when I costumed to read Marvel more, but I'm admitedly much more interested in DC and way more knowledgeable in DC'S lore than Marvel's. Can't truly help with that Hulk one.

Dude, once again not meaning any offense or nothing, if you don't like this kind of fights just don't partake on them. Everyone in the Website is free to put any character against any character, if anyone finds it interesting enough to vote, so be it, if not, so be it as well, even if the battle is a "one sided battle".
Dude, like you said, they are more popular. People know more about them and tend to love them more as well. I, humbly and friendly, recommend to you to search for fights were characters have a similar amount of popularity. The biased opinions and fanboying tend to be overcomed by the ones who are actually debating and giving reasonable explanations. At least, once again, that´s what I think/feel as being so :D
Yup. There are some characters that are pretty hard to be beaten though.
I agree with that point of view. Being more powerful does not guarantee victory. Several other factors should be analysed before a conclusion should be reached. If that is all people care about, I don´t know, but I don´t think so. I do believe there are some active users that care about truly dissecting the fight.
Well, my fellow battle addict, I think there still are some users in the Website that do care for creating/experimenting with interesting fights. Some time, not so long ago I believe, I remember there were some users that would join to create "teams" and have those teams battle themselves in some sort of "Tournament" Fashion. I did engage in at least one of those. Very cool experience. Perhaps you should propose something like that if you long for well-tought battles so much. I would gladly join again in such "Tournaments", I guarantee for you a fun-time if everyone joining in is cool headed. Even the eventual users that get pissed and defensive can be bearable/forgiven and/or swayed if you keep your mind cool and your arguments merely analysing such fictious fights instead of resorting to name calling and attempts of personal offense. :D
*Deathstroke vs Spider-Man
Winter Soldier vs Red Hood*
Then:
Wolverine and Deathstroke* vs Red Hood
So, if this was Luke vs everyone I would say Luke would lose just because of Thor. But considering the Team Luke´s with? The team wins. Harry´s teleporting would be annoying enough to Thor without Luke´s shenanigans. Although unlikely, this duo alone could achieve victory in a hard fight. The rest of the team would only help playing along.
At 2 minutes and 10 seconds of the video above you can see that as Cull Obsidian is moving his arm, Wong opens the portal making him fall into the "icy wasteland".
And no, Wong wasn't outside the city. We clearly see him alongside Doctor Strange and Iron Man in the city at the beginning of the scene.
I never stated it would be Wong's first move, but Wong does think fast about portal opening. As soon as Thanos came too close to him and neared hitting a punch, Wong would open a portal between them and Thanos would fall in the "Icy Wasteland".
When Thanos was nearly dying to Wanda in Endgame and ordered the air-strike, Wong created a portal above his head and instructed his students to do the same, they were unnafected by the air-strike due to this fast thinking and portal use.
Wong, in character, would use a portal to cast Thanos away during close 1v1 fighting as these 2 instances above showcase.
Considering this is unically a Thanos vs Wong fight, Thanos, after being teleported away for the first time, would call in his troops to give him a ride back to the place he was fighting Wong so he could defeat his opponent alone. Back at the original fighting place Thanos would proceed to attack Wong again, only to be teleported away again. This teleportations would be repeated until one of Thano's body-parts got cut (maybe acidentally with Wong closing the Portal too soon, maybe with Wong using it in self-defense...anyway...).
Altough I did came up with this "Teleport cuting" idea while talking with my dudes after we watched Infinity War on cinema. When I saw it on HISHE I immediatly showed them, beig like: "SEE? SEE?"
But the point is:
Superman's stats are on a greater scale than Dragon Ball dudes. And considering everyone fighting "in character" they wouldn't be going full-planet exploding power at Superman, and so wouldn't even be able to taunt him. Even if they did, Superman would still be fine and proceed to defeat them. In purely physical fights the only edge Dragon Ball guys have over Superman is that they are formally trained in martial arts (Superman is no slouch in fighting but martial arts isn't his focus). The more comparable stats are their reaction speeds and that just won't be enough.
As Goku would say @Dark_Wing: "Sorry to keep you waiting"
Basically:
Superman's travel speed is much greater than light speed. None of this guys have such raw speed.
Superman's reaction speed since the 40's is so great he can catch bullets and race an eletrical current. And with time he's been reacting to much crazier stuff (such as talking in "Slow-Mo" with Flash that can react in an Attosecond). Goku's greatest reaction speed feat is dodging lightning back in Classic Dragon Ball anime Filler...
Superman has such lifting Strength he can push Planets. None of these Dragon Ball guys are near that.
Superman's striking power Strength is such he can destroy huge meteors and send people flying out of the planet's atmosphere (depending of the Crisis he has already punched trough dimensions [only Buu, Gotenks, Black, Broly and Gogeta have shown such dimension shattering trough intense Ki Usage, not raw strength]). Goku alone did similar feat only when fighting Super 17 back in GT.
Superman withstood Supernovas. Altough Dragon Ball guys have proven they can blow up Planets and Moons (at least Roshi, Piccolo and Vegeta, and trough scaling we assume the rest of the guys could as well) it is far from a Supernova (i am aware of Cell's statements/speculation/bluff/exageration and Universe threatenig clash beetween Goku and Beerus. But none of it has been proven. And even if it was, the good guys wouldn't go so far as to use such power). Without saying that Dragon Ball guys aren't that durable... Still in Super Goku is being scraped by Bullets and nearly dying from lazer shots, imagine the other guys...
Parallax (Hal)* vs Ion
Red Lantern (Hal)* vs Parallax (Kyle)
White Lantern (Hal) vs White Lantern (Kyle)*
Then:
Green Lantern (Hal), Parallax (Hal) and Red Lantern (Hal)* vs White Lantern (Kyle)
Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) - Since the Gail Simone's Run. She wasn't much back in old comics as well. She turning into Oracle was a good decision/evolution of the Character. Why change if Stephanie was being alright as a teenaged/young adult Batgirl? Devolution of the Character...
Cassandra Cain and David Cain - They belong more to The Matrix than to the Batman Mythos. (I say it ironically as I love the Matrix Trilogy)
Damian Wayne - All Character Development he had under Dick's Tutelage (when he was Batman for the second time) have simply been forgotten and the character sadly devolved to the arrogant spoiled brat with huge ego he was at his introduction...
Harley Quinn - Oh boy. She is the personification of trendy, shallow comics with no real interesting/inteligent content. I only like her when Paul Dini is writting. Even Co-Creator Bruce Timm using her feels wrong without Paul Dini's writting.
I love Batman and Joker, but my relationship with recent interactions of the Characters have fuelled my hade. So much fanboying surrounding them that it just gets bad and annoying. I hope this phase ends soon...
From Star Wars:
Do i even have to mention Jar Jar and Rose? (I forgive the Ewoks)
Boba Fett (Jango Fett and Phasma as well, they are the same. Lot of hype, no real back up) - I love the Star Wars Old Canon (what is now called Legends) and Boba's comics weren't for me. And i do blame him for forever tainting the Clone Wars potential with Star Wars II, arguably the worst Star Wars movie ever (I haven't watched Solo)
I don't hate Yoda, but my discontent and disconfort with the character nears hatred. He just fails miserably always and says some half-ass randomic non-sensical philosofical bull-**** (that coming from a good former philosofy student that loves philosofy) to justify his bad showings and everybody starts to fanboy on him because he's 900 years old... Ben Kenobi is an example of a truly wise Jedi that seems to truly understand The Force and accomplish great feats overall, not this fool muppet Yoda.
From Marvel:
Jane Foster - In the MCU she is just bad... I like the Actress, trully do. I don't know if the direction is to blame but the character is just so annoying in the Movies... And now Aaron's Run with her in Thor is just very bad as well.
From Dragon Ball:
Bills/Beerus (Goku Black and Zamazu as well): Personification of what is bad in Dragon Ball.
I know it's random but, from Indiana Jones:
The kid sidekick from Indiana Jones 2. What a bad character. I just can't.
And last one: Hannah from Dark. She is written to be hated and, well, well written hatable character. Obiously nothing against the actress (she actually deserves praise for acting in a role of a character designed to be hated even)

--Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse (2018)

5. The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

6. Spider-Man: Homecoming (2016)
7. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)
As Superman said in Countdown to Final Crisis Vol 1 #3: the League just gets in his way. Although Wonder Woman, Aquaman and even Flash (in the animated movie version) have shown to do good enough in a battle against the villain to blind him.
