Air Raider (EDF5)

Air Raider's History

Storm 1 is the name given to the player character of Earth Defense Force 5 and can be one of four classes with minor deviations to the story created by this choice. Thus, EDF5 has 4 valid timelines.

Contracted by the EDF to do maintenance work on the various vehicles within Base 228, the soon to be Air Raider was caught up in the first waves of the Primer invasion of Earth. Quickly rising to the occasion, Storm 1 became one of the most storied soldiers of the EDF war effort, being the first to shoot down a Primer Transport ship and eventually piloting Barga against the supposedly invincible Archelus.

As the war drew to a close and the situation grew more dire, Storm 1 would work alongside the newly formed Storm Team to confront the Primers's command ship. After successfully destroying it, Storm 1's team confronted the leader of the Primers, the god-like Nameless One, in an intense battle. The Air Raider would emerge victorious and despite 90% of the Human race being exterminated, a bright future was ensured.
