Accelerated Development
The ability to raise ones statistics and/or abilities at a much faster pace than a normal character in the setting is able to. Users of this ability are able to reap the fruits of their training with far less effort and time than most, with some characters improving their overall power effortlessly.
|

Afterimage Creation
An afterimage is an artistic effect where a character appears to leave faint silhouettes behind them, which are often transparent, like a ghost. These are usually used to emphasize fast movement, and are often used in combat to mislead opponents as to the actual location of the user. It naturally occurs when a character is moving too quickly for the eye to track accurately, causing the brain to incorrectly process these images.
|
20 | 14 | Major |
Age Manipulation
The ability to control the age of one's self, other organisms, and or objects. This can be used in a variety of ways, such as returning a target to a much younger state, rendering them a helpless child, or to rapidly age others, to old age and potentially even their death. In some cases, this effect is so powerful that it can reduce a user's surroundings to dust.

Agility
User with this ability can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips, leap across rooftops, and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little to no effort.
Agility is "the ability to rapidly respond or change by adapting its initial stable configuration", the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, bodily coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance.

Angel Physiology
The power to use the abilities of angels. Variation of Transcendent Physiology and Mythic Physiology. Opposite to Demon Physiology.
User with this ability either is or can transform into an Angel, a being connected to and serving Higher Powers. Most commonly angels simply manifest wings, an inner glow and/or a halo, which is the usual form of which angels are imagined, but there are several kinds of angels who are far less humanoid, some ranging from strange to surreal.
For practical reasons angels can be divided into three groups defined by what they are formed from:
Physical Angels aren't necessarily solid matter, but they are material/energy beings with relatively defined/stable form and often at least somewhat human-like mind. Most users that aren't originally of angelic stock have this variation. Note that angels of this group aren't necessarily any weaker than those of the other groups, they are simply more "solid" in mind and body.
Spiritual Angels are completely spiritual beings, and thus far less bound to the laws of physics or single form. Many of them think in ways that are only tangentially relatable to humans, and their forms are both transient and often downright surreal.
Ethereal Angels are often both the most powerful and ancient angels, in some ways closer to sentient concepts than anything else. As such, relating to them in any way is likely impossible.

The main animal appendages are the wings of a bird (but super sized to fit a human), the claws of a cat or other clawed animal, the skin of an armadillo, or the fins and gills of a fish. Hawkman is hawk-oriented, Spider-Man is spider-oriented, and (surprise, surprise) Cheetah is cheetah-oriented.

Animated Shadow
The power to bring shadows to life. A sub-power of Darkness Manipulation.
The user can transform their or others shadows into living beings. As the rule of anything happening to the real body happens to the shadow, this ability may allow the user to manipulate the body and cause damage of reality by attacking the shadow. This means anything that happens to the shadow will be reflected in the true body; in short, a form of "reverse" shadow puppetry.

Antiforce Manipulation
The power to manipulate anti-forces. Sub-power of Physical Force Manipulation.
Also Called Anti-Force Control
User can create, shape and manipulate anti or negative forces, which work in different ways depending on the force. Anti-gravity would repel objects instead of attract,
anti-electromagnetism would cause like charges to attract and opposite charges to repel, anti-friction and anti -viscosity would speed up objects or flow instead of resist them, anti-strong force would cause nuclei to explode, and anti-weak force would cause "radioactive growth" instead of radioactive decay.
|
15 | 12 | Major |
Antimatter Manipulation
The power to control antimatter. Unlike ordinary matter, antimatter is composed of "antiparticles" which have the same mass of ordinary matter but also opposite charges, as well as other particle properties such as lepton and baryon numbers and quantum spin. This is an incredibly destructive power, as collisions between particles and antiparticles lead to the annihilation of both, ignoring durability in the process and causing an explosive release of energy capable of eclipsing a nuclear bomb with only a small amount of antimatter. The collisions also give rise to variable proportions of intense photons (gamma rays), neutrinos, and less massive particle-antiparticle pairs. The total consequence of annihilation is a release of energy available for work, proportional to the total matter and antimatter mass.
|
1 | 1 | Ability |
Apathy
The power to suppress or negate emotions in oneself or possess none at all. Unlike empathy, this power allows the user to ignore emotional distractions from affecting their thinking processes, such as suffering from or feeling psychological or emotional stress.

The power to manipulate black holes. As a subset of Gravity Manipulation, Black Hole Manipulation allows the user to create, shape and manipulate black holes, regions of space-time where gravity prevents light and anything else from escaping. The user can also control the size of a black hole and move it around in space to absorb everything in its way. Since their immense gravity slows time, black holes can allow Time Travel to the future; if a few minutes or hours passes for the user near the event horizon, they may find it's hundreds of years in the future when they leave.
|
12 | 5 | Minor |
Blessed
A state in which the character in question is provided a boon or enhancement by another being. The user can increase their own physical and spiritual prowess via a positive supernatural benediction they have; this power usually activates when the user exhibits strong positive emotion or distress. As the user masters the power, the positive effects of the mystical benefit become less apparent as the victim's body becomes more accustomed to the blessing. In many cases, a granted blessing is dependent upon the one who gave the blessing to maintain or continue to approve of the blessing, and they could decide to revoke it if they wanted to.

Causality Manipulation
The user can redirect any cause to any effect, undo anything by inverting the relation cause/effect, or even separate them entirely, making a specific effect impossible to be caused or a specific cause not producing any effect. This allows one to achieve virtually anything by redirecting the selected cause to the desired effect. A finger snap which normally causes sound and kinetic force could instead cause a sun explosion or a massive resurrection. The user could also instantly erase anything from existence, by making its existence the cause of it's own nonexistence. Another possibility is the instant rewriting of a whole reality, by making Reality X (the current reality) the cause of Reality Y (a tailor-made one). At high level, the user would be able to rewrite the laws of causality as a whole, essentially playing God.

Ectoplasm Manipulation
The power to manipulate ectoplasm. The user can create, shape, and manipulate extra-planar energy unique to spirits and/or ghosts called ectoplasm, a substance that comes from planes beyond the physical as a variable-state form of matter-energy. Because of its unstable, esoteric properties, ectoplasm reacts to normal matter/energy in unusual and useful ways, including being able to ignore most of them. While ectoplasm usually appears as energy beams or balls the user can charge and fire at enemies, its form can range from raw seething energy to a misty vapor, viscous gelatin, a bundle of fine threads, a living membrane, or a fine, fabric-like tissue that can also be solidified and used for material purposes such as creating constructs, weapons, and forcefields. Ectoplasmic Attacks can act as a form of Soul Manipulation which ignore the intangibility that is normally associated with ghosts or spirits and even conventional durability at higher levels. However, these attacks don't harm living beings and if a ghost uses this power, it may cause them to eat away at their own body.

Enhanced Condition
The power to possess capabilities, attributes, and aspects beyond that of the peak members of their species. Advanced combination of Enhanced Body and Enhanced Mind.
Users possess all their capabilities, attributes and aspects at an enhanced level, beyond that of the peak members of their own species. This means the user's aspects (E.g. beauty, charisma, character and physique) attributes (E.g. physical and mental condition) as well as capabilities (E.g. potential, feats, skills and abilities, be it natural or supernatural) would be beyond that of anyone they meet. In human terms, this entails that an enhanced human would have an enhanced mental and physical condition, incredible judgement, knowledge, creativity, imagination and other cognitive and brain-related abilities as well as being able to lift weights and output strength even the strongest weightlifters couldn't hope to achieve, moving at speeds similar to that of cars to even subsonic speeds, being immune to nigh-fatal damage and harm and performing at peak performance without tiring for long periods. In conclusion, the user is an all-rounder that is superior overall to practically all other members in their species and almost all beings in their universe.

Limited mind control often comes along with telepathy, as sometimes exhibited specifically by X-Men members, especially Jean Grey and Professor X. This form of telepathy is used most often in Ultimate X-Men.

Molecular Immobilization
Also known as temporal stasis. A very rare power, derived from chronokinesis, this is the ability to completely halt the flow of time by slowing down the molecules of the world around them till they stop completly. Other times called Morality Warping, Morality Manipulation is the power to manipulate one's own morality for certain acts. The user can manipulate morality to make people either ethically good or immorally evil by psychically kindling the targets' minds so that they succumb to the voice of truth or to the urge of sin. Although this power functions similarly as an offset to Mind Manipulation, Morality Manipulation makes the target join the user's side by force instead of forcing the target under the user's control to act as a slave or tool.

Multiple Personalities
Also called Divided Mind, Multiple Personalities is the ability to have two or personalities in the mind. By switching between personalities, the user's body can change and gain different powers, abilities, skills, or physical and mental attributes. Users with Multiple Personalities may have collective intelligence (the user has a consciousness that allows them to replace a strategic headquarters or scientific institute with enough organization), a mental resistance (a consciousness that allows resistance to mental influences because even if one of them succumbs to external control, the other personalities immediately bring the wayward), or even a strong personality that can be activated in some ways when there's a need for its services. Of course, the personalities are still autonomous and memory may be lost when switched with another personality or one of the personalities may unknowingly erase the memories that are important to the other. Because there's no mental direction at the other faculties of the body, one dominant personality has to constantly watch all the other consciousness which severely limits other abilities in certain situations.

In fiction, nanomachines often have a variety of other functions as well and may allow the user to hack into or deal with technological systems, alter their own biology, regenerate from injury, and live longer than usual or even become immortal, among some other applications. Some beings may even be composed out of nanomachines.

Non-Corporeal (or incorporeal) beings are those who have no true physical form. Though they may have physical avatars or bodies, but their true essence exists non-physically, whether as a soul, as energy, or as an abstract concept. Being non-corporeal is very different than Intangibility, as an intangible being's body is their true body, it just can't be affected by conventional physical forces. A non-corporeal being does not usually have any kind of concrete, defined form, and can appear in many different forms if they wish, though the destruction of these bodies is of little relevance to the entity behind them.

Phoenix Force
The Phoenix Force is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe, possessing the unlimited power to create and destroy anything and everything. It has been stated to be an Extinction-Level Threat by Quicksilver and an Omega-Level Threat by Mister Fantastic.
While how the Phoenix Force works is not clear, it seems to amplify existing emotions. As the emotions grow, the host's perspective grows infinite. Individual feelings like joy, grief, and love for another become insignificant. The memory of even incredibly traumatic events, such as Scott Summers's memory of Jean Grey's suicide on the moon, fades.
The Phoenix Force's powers include:
Nigh Omnipotence: The Phoenix Force is practically omnipotent, however it is limited in undetermined and undefined ways as seems to suit its current mission/purpose. As the White Phoenix of the Crown, it was able to warp reality on a universal scale.[94] This was not the result of divergence, but rather the effect of reality manipulation which changed history.
Future Life-Force Tap: The Phoenix Force can tap into the energy provided by life-force reserved for future generations, thus denying them existence.[95] The Phoenix Force possesses limitless cosmic energy. With or without a host, it is one of the most powerful entities in the Marvel Universe, capable of existing in any plane, time-line or dimensional existence.
Concussive Force Blasts: It can wield this energy to project beams of immense concussive force powerful enough to destroy whole planetary bodies.
Quantum Singularity: It can transmigrate throughout time and space by folding its energy back into itself, causing it to collapse akin to a black hole. It then reforms itself upon reaching its destination, much like the Phoenix of ancient myths.
Energy Absorption: It can directly absorb, manipulate, and fully control any type of energy such as Cyclops' ruby-red-colored optic blasts or the entire energy of a star, black hole, or even a whole galaxy. Jean, as the "One-True Phoenix", was shown to be able to activate and deactivate the mutations of other's with just the use of her psychic abilities.
Life-Force Control: The Phoenix Force can control and manipulate life and death itself, as such, it can take the "life energy" from something, rendering it "dead" or vice versa.
Psionic Nexus: As the nexus or center of all psionic energy throughout the cosmos, the host attains nigh-infinitely powerful mental abilities, including telepathy, empathy, and telekinesis, and often seeks out hosts who have psionic abilities (i.e. Nate Grey, Jean Grey-Summers, The White Queen, and The Cuckoos). When bonded with a host, the Phoenix Force vastly strengthens and amplifies all of their superhuman mutant powers and abilities to immeasurable and innumerable power levels that have been shown to be near unlimited such as the Phoenix's one-true host.
Matter Transmutation: It can manipulate and transmute matter on a subatomic level (e.g., turning wood to gold, stone to crystal, cause physical bodies to disintegrate, convert Homo mermanus to Homo superior, etc).
Cosmic Teleportation: It can teleport others across vast distances such as another planet or galaxy, and the vast vacuum of space itself or even an entire timeline all-together.
Disintegration Waves: It can consume and remove a near infinite amount of molecules per second.
Resurrection Force: It can resurrect anyone it wishes with its near infinite powers, as it is the embodiment of life and death itself. It could also bring itself back as well as its host (it has done this many times over in the form of Jean).
Immortality: The Phoenix Force is immortal and indestructible. It cannot die or be destroyed. After its "death" in Avengers vs. X-Men it was said to be destroyed, but, as it has happened many times, the entity never truly died. It forms itself in a cosmic egg in the White Hot Room and stays in there until it is ready to come out. Some hosts get true immortality, but other get it from never aging or needing food, water, and oxygen to breath and, if they were killed, the Phoenix Force would bring him or her back to life.
Cosmic Pyrokinesis: It can create 'cosmic' flames under any conditions even the impossible ones such as vacuum space or underwater. These flames do not require oxygen to burn, and burn so intensely that matter is consumed without by-products such as ash. It has perfect control over these flames, and they only consume what it wills. These flames are shown to be able to burn even underwater. Typically they manifest as a raptor or part of a raptor such as a claw or wings, in the case of an avatar. It is unclear whether these flames are an extension of its powerful psionic abilities or a literal punctuation to its purpose to 'burn away what doesn't work.'[citation needed]
Temporal Manipulation: The Phoenix Force can manipulate the past, present, and future across large temporal distances and with a profound knowledge of the causal effect her actions will have. It may be the case that time as a concept doesn't apply to the White Hot Room. it has only been shown when Jean Grey as the White Phoenix of The Crown held her universe in the palm of her hands, possessing the infinite power to write what she would as the "One True Phoenix" in any timeline, using to save her timeline from becoming a horrible future, altering the memories of everyone in reality itself in the process.
Atmokinesis: The Phoenix Force is capable of manipulating and creating cosmic weather. It can create cosmic storms, solar flares, geomagnetic storms, cosmic rays, coronal mass ejection and black holes.
Existence Mastery: It possesses total control over the entire existence as shown by The White Phoenix of the Crown (c.f. The White Hot Room). It can warp the reality, bring anything into existence, freely manipulate all existing things, and return them to nothingness when their purpose is extinguished.
Its immeasurable cosmic powers and abilities appear to be at their strongest and most powerful when bonded to Jean Grey ("the One-True Phoenix" who is completely compatible with the entity, possessing incredibly strong and powerful levels of telepathic, empathic, and telekinetic godhood status abilities, complete control and manipulation over the realms of matter, energy, space, time, existence and thought), as the two have a strange, profound connection to each other (Jean is the closest thing the Force has to physical form). It has yet to explain how Jean is "the true phoenix" and why.
Like Jean Grey-Summers, the Phoenix used telepathy and telekinesis, but at a much, much greater near-limitless power levels (unlimited as White Phoenix). She was able to rearrange the molecular structure of matter and fly at high hypersonic speeds while inside a planetary body. Using the Phoenix Force, she could travel through hyperspace and destroy Shi'ar battle cruisers with little effort.

Power Cosmic
Presumably immeasurable power which was described as "the most powerful force in the universe." The primary wielder - and perhaps the primary source - of the Power Cosmic is the god-like cosmic entity Galactus.
The Power Cosmic allows Galactus to employ the available absorbed cosmic energies within him to produce nearly any effect he desires, including size-alteration, the molecular restructuring and transmutation of matter, the teleportation of objects (even entire galaxies) across space and time, the creation of force fields, the creation of interdimensional portals, telepathy, telekinesis, and cosmic awareness on a universal scale. Galactus has even been shown as capable of creating sentient life, resurrecting the dead, manipulating mortal souls and remaking dead worlds (including their populations) in every detail.
The Silver Surfer, as well as most of the Heralds of Galactus, possess certain measures of the Power Cosmic. Bestowed on them by Galactus during their service to him, their abilities and assigned elements of influence vary, but the power can usually be expelled violently as concussive force, and sometimes, among other things, used with precision as a means to restructure molecules according to the user's mental design. However, heralds are imbued with only a fraction of the amount possessed by Galactus, and the latter has repeatedly been shown able to strip them of the power he has afforded them.

The circumstances in which the various Elders each gained some of this energy are yet to be revealed. While the energy itself is vast, it takes years of intensive training to purposely channel the energy to grant each of the Elders the various superhuman physical, mental, or energy manipulative capabilities that they possess. Each Elder has purposely channeled the Power Primordial to grant them greater abilities in some areas than in others. This renders the Power Primordial similar to the cosmic energy housed in the bodies of the Eternals.
The Elders of the Universe refer to the power they possess as the Power Primordial. It seems to be the use of cosmic energy similar to the Power Cosmic.

Preparation
Preparation is a character's ability to increase their capabilities to significant levels, generally in the presence of sufficient time, resources and conditions. This is an essential tool in defeating virtually any opponent out there as it can be useful whenever it comes to sparring as the user sees fit. In terms of technological or informational preparation, characters who normally don't have much power in a regular state are capable of creating artifacts of a much higher tier which may allow drastic self-empowering as long as they possess the necessary materials, time, and information. In an educational sense, a character can significantly increase the intellectual level in a short amount of time by inventing new techniques or styles of combat which might be prove useful in the battle. In the case of evolution, a character can evolve fast enough to increase attack, defense, speed or acquire new skills, or adapt to various external influences.

Rune Magic
The Runes are magical artifacts that grant their wielder access to knowledge that he or she normally couldn't obtain. They were acquired by Odin and were later passed onto Thor. It is implied that the knowledge the Runes provide depends on what a person has lived through. In Odin's case, because he was a god, he became all-knowing of the ways of the gods, but Thor, from his time as a god and human, allowed him to gain even more knowledge than Odin giving him the all the knowledge of the gods but also of humans as he became all-knowing of everything from animal to mineral, effectively making him omniscient. The Runes also gave him many magic spells. Only a few were shown. One of these spells can apparently grant the owner the ability to will other beings into nothingness. When used in conjunction with the Odin-Force, they grant the user outstanding power to limits that have yet to be shown. However, some feats include severing Loki's head and keeping him alive, destroying the Asgardian universe, and defeating if not killing Those Who Sit Above in Shadow.

Speed Force
The Speed Force is an energy field that grants all speedsters their power. Several speedsters have merged with it, including Barry Allen, Johnny Quick, and Max Mercury. Eobard Thawne stated that at it's core, the Speed Force is equivalent to time.
Due to the Speed Force being omnipresent within the DC Multiverse, syncing all the universes close to one another; it is a source of Infinite Energy. Also throughout it's many aliases, one of them, has it being defined as the Fourth Dimension. Those with access to the Speed Force can use a large number of abilities, usually revolving around speed. Powers vary throughout each Speed Force users. If the Speed Force ever became destabilized, the repercussions could potentially destroy the Omniverse.
Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. Older speedsters have a reduced but maxed speed of 770mph which is just below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. Speedsters in their prime can travel at much faster speeds such as the max level of recorded aided speed on Earth and even reach the speed of light with enough willpower. It is possible for conduits to travel much faster than the speed of light however such levels require an incredible amount of stress. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident. Speedsters commonly use their speed to manipulate and control airflow, as well as vibrate their bodies to intangibility and phase. Due to the Speed Force's connection to the timestream, speedsters can use it as a gateway to travel through time and dimensions by exceeding the speed of light.
Speedsters also possess superhuman physical characteristics, such as heightened stamina, agility, healing, senses, and sometimes strength, as well as increased mental capacity. The Speed Force also manifests a protective aura around speedsters that protect them from the harsh effects of moving at super speeds, greatly heightening their durability.
Speedsters mental capacities are enhanced to the extent that they can think exponentially faster than any ordinary human. Certain Speedsters have learned to tap into the Speed Force directly with their mind allowing them to tactically assess and predict the numerous possible and probable outcomes of most any given situation, as well as send their consciousness into the Speed Force to view alternate timelines. Some speedsters can even "listen" to the Speed Force in order to sense disturbances in the timestream.
Speed Force conduits bodies emit Speed Force energy that manifests itself as electricity. This Speed Force lightning varies in color from yellow, orange, red, pink, blue, indigo, and white. The lightning's properties are similar to common electricity, as it reacts magnetically to metals and can electrocute people on contact. Some speedsters have learned to manipulate their lightning to which they can project it as power arcs and blasts, create energy constructs, as well as manipulate electromagnetism on a minor level, and even heal others.
Certain speedsters can use the Speed Force for more advanced applications such as time manipulation, in which they can tap into the Speed Force's power to push time and space forward. Barry Allen was able to do this by accelerating the flow of time to negate Zoom's powers. When Wally West developed a temporary heart condition, he was able to use the Speed Force to stop the flow of time, allowing the same advantages of moving at super-speed, without needing to move fast at all. Other advanced applications of the Speed Force include stealing and lending speed, and "dividing" the Speed Force, in order to create energy copies of themselves.
In certain instances, rather than becoming a speedster, conduits of the Speed Force were gifted other power-sets. These conduits were granted powers such as: age manipulation, spacial-time mimicry, atomic inhibition, and process speed manipulation.

Statistics Amplification
tatistics Amplification is when a character raises their parameters in the middle of a fight, and this is not related to their base form or some sort of "hidden power" that has been hidden or held back.
These boosts are usually temporary and are specific to one or a number of statistics.
This is also not to be confused with a change in form or state, and is thus not typically associated with any new abilities in particular. Instead, this ability serves as a means of overcoming the opponent through a sudden increase in combat effectiveness.
This ability is very common in video games, but is still prevalent within other works.

Statistics Reduction
Unlike Statistics Amplification, Statistics Reduction reduces the overall parameters of one's opponent, such as physical or magical strength, defense, or speed, to hamper their fighting capabilities.

Statistics Reduction is entirely restricted to reducing the raw stats of one's opponent.

When these are used capabilities at full power, the border between fantasy and reality becomes so thin that it might not exist. The affected area is no longer bound to reality and instead becomes an extension of the user's soul, a place where fantasy and reality are one and the same. In this impossible realm, unbounded by any rule, anything is possible, and things like "Heaven" and "Hell" are no longer just metaphysical concepts.

It should be kept in mind that cases of moving along surfaces through sheer momentum or by damaging the walls should not be classified as this ability as they are both simply common consequences of Superhuman Speed and Superhuman strength respectively rather than being distinct powers on their own.
