That's because Ultron was prime vibranium then, only the combined force of Iron Man Thor and Vision could penetrate him then...Carol would never be able to lay hands on him he would grab her heart and crush it...

Team Scarlet Witch (MCU) I don't remember when Vision did the whole intangable and grab heart thing like why didn't he do that on Ultron or anyone on team Cap, also if Corvus Glaive's spear was able to penetrate him i'm sure Captain Marvel could damage him too

And no, Corvus' spear was confirmed to be the only way to do it...

To be honest I though Hulk was the wild card here as usual but its actually everybody on Team 1.

Strange is theoretically limitless, Thor can be boosted by Odin, Vision can alter his density along with going intangible and one-shotting with his laser, and Hulk also technically has no limits.

Team Scarlet Witch (MCU) Wanda already mind controlled Hulk before she got as powerful as she is now, Strange lost to Wanda and if you say "hE gOt NeRfEd" i'm just gonna consider you are biased because character you like more lost, Outside help isn't in this battle also if Thor can be amped by Odin why can't Jane be since she has powers of Thor, Wanda defeated Vision too and if Thanos was able to break Vision's head i'm sure Captain Marvel could too

Team Hulk (MCU) @RatnikNa If she tries that on Hulk she will only make him more angry and he will destroy her and her team...Strange never got nerfed but it was confirmed that Wanda was buffed due to Vision's death and he;s alive right now so she should be mid-tier as usual...Odin amps Thor all the time like in his fight with Hulk; Thor will summon Mjolnir and clap both Jane and She-Hulk simultaneously...Wanda only beat Vision because he didn't want to hurt her he could have just blasted her like he did to Thanos...Vision was weakened already by Corvus Glaves' staff otherwise Thanos can't crush vibranium like that...and even after snapping twice and destroying the stones and not caring anymore Thanos was blitzed by a bloodlusted Carol who stated she will kill Thanos but he still overpowered her leg with his roasted arm until War Machine and Hulkbuster showed up to subdue him...

She can destroy infinity stones while hulk can’t. Her being bloodlusted by visions death only amps up what she can already do. Visions death didn’t give her new powers, she already had them. What really gave her new powers was her practicing the spells in teh darkhold. Wanda bodies like always. Also wanda is a high tier not a mid tier. Hulk is a mid tier though
