Darth Vader & Luke Skywalker Depending on what version this Luke is...if it's ANH, ESB or even ROTJ, then El has a good chance of winning, but if it's Luke from beyond episode 6 then no. Vader on the other hand is more or less capable of defeating them both at once. Vecna might invade his mind, although Vader's mind is protected pretty high by the force, but Vecna is good in using his powers, so let's say he gets inside. That would be a fatal mistake. Messing with Vader's mind would invoke a great anger in him...and as we all know, the anger only makes him stronger. He wouldn't hesitate a second to snap them both in half. But Vecna and El have a slight chance to win if their teamwork is perfect and go for the kill immediately. That's my point of view
