Team Man-ThingvsTeam Venom

Team Venom This boils down to Man-Thing and Swamp Thing against Ghost Rider and Spawn.
Ghost Rider feats: Knocked out Thor with one blow, ripped out Mephisto's heart, tanked blows from World War Hulk no problem, overwhelmed Gladiator's speed, outspeeded Mjolnir, tanked Zadkiel's holy magic, tanked Doctor Strange's magic, emerged unharmed from Pluto's (the Olympian god's) blasts, was only briefly knocked back by Doctor Voodoo's magic, resisted the reality warping powers of someone who can kill with a stare, and fought toe-to-toe with guys ranging from Hulk to Galactus.

Spawn: Kills a Hellbeast, has complete control over Hell, fights toe-to-toe with Zera, nuked a sphere of Hell, can make himself physically stronger with his Necroplasm, and can only be killed if he's decapitated by a weapon of Heaven or if he uses too much energy and depletes his energy source.

I just feel as though that's more impressive than Swamp Thing and Man-Thing. Mostly Ghost Rider with his Galactus-tier feats, but Spawn too.

Team Man-Thing Man-Thing is the embodiment of the Nexus of All Realities though. Also, Swamp Thing is technically also omnipresent. Or at least around all plant life. Man-Thing only needs to tap into the power of the Nexus of All Realities anyways.
