The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.
How is this calculated
( INT^1.3 + (STR*0.5 )^2 + (SPE*0.5)^2 + DUR^1.6 + (POW + (SPS*SPL))^2 + COM^1.8 ) ^ TIER
Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.
He is also one of the most skilled fighters in the Dc universe, a super mercenary assasin not afraid of using deadly force.
He use weapons like swords and guns to neutralize or even kill his enemies.
Weapons and equipment are of exeptional material and quality making him more deadly and dangerous.
Spiderman is a Midd level Metahuman with physical abilities enhanced far beyond the human species.
With strength to lift about 25 tons he may bend steel or crush granit stone with bare hands. He may move at the speed of machinegun fire and got tremendous fast reflexes.
With the power of Danger sense and superhuman physical abilities he is very hard to hit.
Spiderman may also crawl walls and shoot a strong webb to catch his enemy.
Because of far superior physical attributes i think Spiderman would win.
Deathstroke will put up a strong fight closing the physical gap between them with superior combat skills and deadly weapons.
If you think about it, he is basically Captain America with a full suit of armor, plenty of weapons, and no moral code.
Slade will be going for the kill right off the bat. He's ruthless. His enhanced brain, physicality, and agility would counter Spider-man's reflexes. They would be on a pretty even playing field in terms of quickness. I'd give Spider-man the nod in terms of quickness to react, but Slade is just as capable and would not be easy to hit. He also has a healing factor. It's not as fast as Deadpool or Wolverine, but even if you blow his brains out he won't die.
I don't see any way for Spider-man to get past Slades armor in the short term. His armor also regenerates. His suit would hurt to punch.
I guess i see it in that both are incredibly fast and agile, but that Spidey has no easy way to get past Deathstroke's armor, while Slade's weapons could do serious damage.
He has also singlehandedly taken out most of the justice league.
Both are awesome, so while Deathstroke's weaponry, strategy, skill and ability to predict actions could help him take Spider-man down, Peter's senses, strength, agility, intelligence and webs will overpower that. Spider-man wins 6-7/10.
Deathstroke is only superior in skill, strategy and weaponry.
He is in no way superior in every category!
