I don't trust Marvel.com too much when it comes to the characters' stats. Most stats there aren't accurate at all.
Yup. Spidey is way stronger than Wolverine. And he's also supposed to be a genius. I think his intelligence should be at full.

im at season 6 of smallville and im starting to dislike lex luthor

Just started watching the Smallville TV series and doing that made me like Lex Luthor.
The World War Hulk comic book series shows the Hulk at one of his strongest physical and mental states ever. He wasn't the usual mindless Hulk in that story. It's obvious that he is capable of being one of the most powerful beings in the universe given the right set of circumstances.
I think Hancock is a bit more powerful than Superman because in the movie Hancock stopped the train dead in its tracks without flinching while Superman, in one incident when he was supposed to stop a train, he was slipping and sliding a couple of yards before bringing the train to a complete stop. Hancock probably should have more strength and lifting power than what's being shown here.
