What is Bullet Time?
May be confused with superspeed, bullet time is the ability to slow down time perceptually, in order to fight at such extraordinary speeds that the hero can't be hit or shot. This ability became popular through the 1999 movie The Matrix. It can be seen used by Neo, Morpheus, and others. The effect originally appeared in the first Blade movie.
