So, what does 'Speed' mean?

Super speed is a very common power. Though its first famous user was Superman, the power has been even more popularized by the Flash. Super speed has long varied in meaning and power, but the general term means the ability to move quicker than a normal, athletic human. Quicksilver was able to run at 175 miles per hour, while the most recent Flash has been able to run at near-lightspeed levels. In the DC Comics universe, many speedsters are connected with an entity known as the Speed Force. A more recent character displaying this power is Dash from the 2004 film The Incredibles.
